OMS Tattoo Mask UV Protection
The TATTOO MASK offers a UV Protected, ultra-clear lens in a low-volume, single window - frameless design.
The skirt design is available in an additional smaller size to accommodate a range of face sizes.
This mask also features a unique new 3-D contoured mask strap that prevents folding. This results in less hair-pulling by the mask strap.
The masks are available in either a standard or small size skirt to fit a wide variety of faces. The small size is not just a reduced dimensions version of the standard size, the small is actually a unique design that fits smaller faces very well.
The Ultra Clear lens offers the utmost clarity during dives. Differing from ordinary mask lenses in their production values. In ordinary mask lenses, during production tiny metal particles such as iron can remain within the glass. These impurities create a green-ish tint in the lenses of ordinary masks and also slightly distorts the view through such lenses, especially in underwater low light conditions. The Ultra Clear lens in this mask is manufactured via a special process which removes these impurities providing an ultraClear, non-distorted view. Diving with this lens will make it feel like there is no lens before the underwater view.
The UV coating option blocks ultraviolet (UV) radiation which has been linked to cataract formation. From the divers point of view, the lens appears clear with no negative viewing impacts from the optical UV coating.
